“I did not receive the zones requested for the playmat. While communication was pleasant up to my returning the product, after returning the item(with request for the correct zones) there was no further response.”

“Pretty bad I ordered a black and red cherry blossom mat and it just wasn’t good to the point where it is already starting to become frizzy which sucks because I ordered a mat 3 years ago and it is still super nice and I don’t know if it’s because of Covid but I’m probably gonna wait a bit before I get a new mat”
