“Both prints ordered are much better than any prints I had previously ordered from other vendors. However, I have been a little disappointed that even though I had paid extra for "Image Correction/Adjustment", both of the prints I have received are a little too dark and do not look as close as I would have liked to the image I see on my calibrated monitor. They are of a high standard however and I have opted not to return them. I am also disappointed that I received no response to my correspondence in regard to the first of these two prints.”
Hey Brad, thanks for your review and feedback! As mentioned there are many factors that can affect what you see on your screen and what comes out in 'ink'. For future stuff to make sure it more closely matches what you see on 'your' screen you may want to slightly lighten your images for print to compensate. Or you can adjust the brightness of your monitor which is a very common issue where monitors 'even calibrated ones' are set too bright to make the images look great on screen but the image data is actually darker than what you see :) Have a great day
