“I purchased an Aluminium HD Float Mount from a hi-res image of mine, which was delivered a week ago. A day after hanging, it became apparent that the image was curling (ie becoming concave) by more than 6mm. Also, the colour reproduction is very poor, with a significant magenta hue across the image.
The owner suggests that I return the print for him to assess. No offer to cover return postage or indemnify me if my claims prove sound. Will return it in person at some inconvenience.”
