“Thanks for reaching out. As it happens, there's a problem, maybe a chip failure, with the Magenta. I'll try them all in the machine and get back to you. When I put the magenta in, it said 'Replace Magenta" again just like the previous cartridge. The message did not say 'empty', but when I checked the levels it said it was empty, which makes no sense because it's new. It reads the same message that the previous cartridge got. I've asked around, and the consensus is that it must be a chip error.
As I mentioned, I'll check out every cartridge in the package just to make sure that the Magenta's the only one. I'll be in touch. Thanks. D”
