“Dear Customer Service, I have ordered 4 Laser Toner Cartridge for my Cannon Color Imageclass Model - MF642Cdw, I just received my shipment to-day. I tried to install the toner to my printer but it does not fit. It will not go into my toner tray. I need to send this one back and would like exchange with a correction toner for my printer. Please let me know your return address. Much appreciated. Thank you.”
