I DON'T know how reliable they are except for taking payment right away.”
“Complete garbage! This is the worst company to deal with. Ordered 2 sets of toner as it seemed like a good deal. Installed into my printer and got an error message on each cartridge. Contacted the company to address issues and am told I have to pay return shipping and restocking fee. BEWARE!!!!”
