“While I usually don't like to complain, in this case it is necessary.First the ink is not compatible as promised. There is no window that comes up on my printer as your information would indicate.It keeps telling me to install ink. I tried this several times and it did not work.I have used other compatible inks with this printer that have worked so I know it is capable of accepting other than true Epson inks.Also the ink is incredibly messy .There was ink all over the place when I tried to install a black cartridge the only one I tried The second black was already leaking in it's packaging. I would really like my money back.I would be happy to send the inks back to your company if you like. Thanks for your time in advance.”
