“I received the cartridges and the shipment was prompt - I was all excited but the cartridges do not work. The instructions asked me to remove the printer head, unplug the printer, etc and none of it worked. I called customer service and did not hear back for a week, I sent an email through the website and did not hear back as well. I am disapointed.”
