“The cartridge was the proper fit and it functioned properly. It would be helpful to have some instructions for the installation. To install the cartridge, I pulled out the interior protective strip and removed two plastic (color orange) pieces from the two ends of the cartridge. After about a week from the installation and about ten or twenty pages of printing I noticed black dots on the right side of the page. The dots went from top to bottom and were spaced about 1 3/8ths inch apart. A picture of the print quality was sent to Ink Toner Store and a replacement cartridge is being sent. I appreciate the quick delivery of the cartridge and the prompt response from Customer Service. Over all, I am satisfied with the product and service I received.”
