“My experience with this product is based on using if for only a couple of weeks. At this point, I would say the product is an excellent deal at this price. Delivery was also extremely quick. I cannot see any difference in the output quality compared with the genuine OEM toner and the price was far more reasonable than the OEM price. If the product continues to work as expected, I plan to upgrade our other color lasers using similar products from this vendor. Overall, I give this a 5/5 rating.”
“The black cartridge was defective but I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement right away. It seems to be working fine. So all-in-all I’m very satisfied with the toners.”
