“I recently had a short term project with a deadline ~ and a crisis that caught me off guard. I ordered the 4 pack toner cartridges 2 day delivery which came in as promised. Once I started printing and replacing the old cartridges with these new ones; I encountered a problem when I attempted to replace the yellow cartridge (which we still can't figure out). I immediately called the company and performed all the requirements asked of me.
Long story short, the cartridge was replaced (overnight express), and I received it just in time to pull off my 4 day event. If not for the fast action of Stephanie and "The Ink Toner Store", this event would have ended in a huge disaster and major embarrassment. I highly recommend this website and the products.
