“I received this shipment promptly. I installed the Magenta toner cartridge and had trouble with the locking button that must be pressed inward to allow the shutter to slide open. When that shutter is opened, the toner is able to flow into the printer.
The locking button would not stay pressed in, so the shutter would not slide. After a lot of effort, I was able to get it to work. It required more force than should be needed.
I hoping to have no problems when I change this Magenta cartridge in the future, or on the other cartridges in this shipment.”
