“Too soon to judge the quality or longevity of these OEM drum units, but they installed smoothly and printer diagnostics updated right away. Substantial savings on these units, much appreciated. Arrived promptly, well packaged. On the downside, the amount of single use materials used to package these units needs an environmental revisit. Outer boxes of drum units are marked with N-43, N-44, N45 for color coded differentiation of each drum, but nothing offered to tell me which number= which color either on the Inkstore website or the box. I only needed one color drum for now - had to open three to find it, and I would have preferred to keep the airtight seal on the unused two. Youtube provided the only directions for installing the old toner cartridges to the new drum units, and I was not forewarned about the mess of trying to retrieve the substantial amount of old toner deep within the old drum units and transfer it into the new drum units prior to mounting the toner cartridges. Are we supposed to just throw out all that descended toner in the old drum units? It's a design problem, not caused by Inktonerstore, but I wish there had been some guidance. Toner is not a substance to be careless with, either for the cost or the toxicity.”
“Yes, they installed easily however, I wish that instructions for installation was included with the drum units. I went on-line and found that you have to be careful exposing them to too much light..
Do you have a program for the return of spent drum units???
