“I was dazzled in a number of ways by your products and services:
(1) Pretty easy to order, although it did seem "in process" for a very long time. I quit waiting after ten or fifteen minutes and I checked the following day: by then it finally displayed "complete."
(2) Prompt delivery. Even the USPS did a good job and brought an undamaged parcel in just a few days.
(3) I have never seen better packaging, and the toner cartridges and even the packaging all arrived undamaged, even cosmetically. The "tubular air jacket" protecting the cartridge inside its box cushioned the cartridge wonderfully, and then there were small air pillows outside the package, inside the outer shipping container.
I wish some of the suppliers I get books from would protect the books I order even half as well. I keep ordering because the savings are substantial, but I seldom receive a book without at least some cosmetic damage. Many throw even a new book into an unpadded envelope with no cardboard or foam around the book. I'd pay a dollar extra per order to get better protective packaging on books.
Your packaging is superb and the product arrived in perfect condition.
(4) Then I installed the cartridge in my printer. The genuine HP and other brands I've used before usually take a few pages before they begin printing with complete toner coverage. The first sheet out of the printer using your cartridge was gorgeous, full coverage and razor sharp.
Having done it several times before I did not need instructions, but perhaps some customers would like an instruction slip, or you could put PDFs on your WEB site for download by those who want some?
Thanks for a fine product and purchase experience. I got adequate remanufactured products in the past, but now I can't find the out-of-town one on the Internet anymore, and the local one has definitely gone out of business. Stay in business, and I'll surely return. My trade can't fully support you because a single cartridge lasts me more than a year, but I'll gladly recommend you to any friends who need ink or toner. I also own a HP color laser which may need new toner before the HP1000 needs B&W toner again.
