“I am very pleased with the packaging of the toner as well as the quality of the toner. However, with this order. I did not get the 26x toner I ordered with it and with the shipment before that I was sent the the 258x without the chip even though I ordered with the chip. I can the customer service department is excellent about correcting mistakes as soon as possible if problems should occur.”
