“This review is going to be more about the company than the toner cartridge, which has always worked just fine in my Dell 1160. Compatibility is not an issue. However, I have to commend InkTonerStore for its response when I emailed the company that it had shipped me the wrong cartridge. I received an immediate email response, and a new cartridge was on its way to me right away. I received it only a couple of days after the original order arrived. Good service can be every bit as important as a good product.”
“Received the cartridge a couple of weeks ago. Seems to be working as well as the Dell that costs twice as much. Will see how long it lasts compared to the Dell. Had trouble at first with the paper feeding properly. Took cartridge out and put back in and turned the paper around. Think it was a paper problem. Happy with the cartridge so far.”
