“I replaced the drum assembly per printer's warning that it needed replacing. The copies weren't very good with the new drum. However, the toner cartridge has been in the printer for 15 months. So I also replaced it. The combination of the new drum and toner cartridge produced copies like the printer was brand new. I made some copies and couldn't tell the difference between the original and the copy. Printer, though over 6 years old, is working great. The prices of the drum and toner were about the same, cheap, especially considering that the drum is suppose to good for 25,000 copies and the toner for 7,000. The retail stores couldn't come close to the prices I paid, including shipping. Fine products.”
