“We ordered 2 cartridges for our ancient copier and when they got here, they both were locked up and made a terrible clanging noise in the printer. I thought, "Well, we got what we paid for." because the price was SOOOO much lower than we were used to paying. With my expectations VERY VERY low, I contacted the company and was so surprised when I was immediately offered replacements sent at no cost. When they arrived, the 2nd batch works wonderfully and we are back to printing! AM DEFINITELY A NEW CUSTOMER!!!”
