“I had been purchasing compatible toner from a competitor for several years. They sent a four-pack and it was not correct. We tried to get the problem resolved. Their answer was my printer was too old and that I should purchase something newer. I found the Inktoner store. I emailed them a photo of the gear drive. The agent sent a photo of the gear drive on their product. We have been buying from Inktoner for several years now.”
