“Unit is as described, and shipped in a timely manner. I thought I was purchasing a 'knock-off' unit, but it had toner residue on it and believe it to be 'refurbished'. The price of this unit is much cheaper than purchasing one from the manufacturer, and will definitely purchase another!”
