“I purchased the Compatible Toner Cartridge for HP 414A (W2020A, W2021A, W2022A, W2023A) 4 Pack (With Chip). My printer cannot read the cartrige levels. I cannot argue with the price but not sure what good it does to tell me they come (with chip).”
“It doesn’t work in my printer. Nothing you have sent me works. Why not.? I had to buy a new printer. You ought to be ashamed for not testing them out. Now what do I do with 11 brand new unworkable cartridges.”
“Shipping was quick, toner cartridges synched up fine to the printer and print quality is just fine for general printing-haven't printed any pictures. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star is i cant speak for the print volume, hopefully for 1/3 the cost of HP toner we don't get 1/3 the print capacity...Won't know if you don't try.”
