“The Toner Cartridge does not function very good. The print quality is poor and very streaky, even after trying the blue clear slide on the catridge holder. I am not happy with this purchase.

“The 250PGBK XL leaked and messed up the print head of my printer. The color copies I was making for a meeting printed out a faded gray to nothing. I'm guessing if the ink hadn't leaked the print head wouldn't have gotten gooped up so it couldn't print and my copies would have looked fine.”
“Can't say at this point. It seems fine so far, however there is no way to tell if it will last as long/print as many copies as it's supposed to. I see i'm being forced to give a star rating. I find this very silly on Ink Toners part, because I can't evaluate it completly at this time, as I stated. So you may be screwing yourself out of a better rating. sorry, but not my fault.”
“In my experience, HP printers are very picky about using off-brand cartridges. After the first one of Ink Toner Store worked in our HP 7640, I thought we found a brand that would finally work. The next two cartridges would not work and the printer error messages would not clear. It kept telling us to remove the cartridges and reinstall it. No matter how many times we tried, we could never get it to work.”
“The drum is of poor quality, it leaves excess black toner on the page in the form of streaks and smudges. Would have given it zero stars if that was possible.”
“The HP printer prevents printing. So unless InkTonerStore tells us how to turn off this "dynamic security feature" of HP printers, the non-HP cartridges will nopt work. How do I get my money back please?”
