“I've been ordering toner from you for 6 years and everything you sent me worked great, but this time the cartridge did not work. Unfortunately, you sent me a 2nd identical cartridge that also did not work. I am very disapointed, because your company supplied me with great toners in the past but not this time. I don't know what happened.”
“Although their customer service is exemplary, these supposedly compatible toners do not work at all in my Canon PC940 copier. I get nothing but blank pages output. In fact, a local Canon repair shop suggested they could actually damage the electrical contacts inside the machine. I don't really want to pay $180 for a new one, but I also don't want to damage my copier.
InkTonerStore did send a second unit when I reported the first one not working. But the second one doesn't either. I do give them high marks for that, but I need a product that works.”
“The cartridges are being used in 3 HP Color Laser Jet 4700dn printers. The cartridges leak ink, the ink builds up on the plastic drum and smears the document. After inserting a new cartridge, it may work for a short time, before leaking. I have to wipe the ink from the drum before every printing job. I have had problems with all colors but not all cartridges. We have returned ink cartridges before for the same reason. This order was for personal use. Other orders were for business but same results. This is very frustrating and not worth the time and expense in returning.”
“The first two cartridges printed like they were out of ink. The replacement cartridge is slightly different shape and jams the paper when it tries to come through. I would like my payment refunded and will need to just get a different printer.”
“Product doesn't have the cover over the roller. Message on printer keeps coming back as we should remove the protective strip, which we have done but we still get the same message. I left message with company and no one has returned our call.”
