“My order 100264824 made on 11/14/2023 was not satisfactory. When I tried to install it yesterday (Dec. 4) my machine wouldn't accept it. I tried several times, then the little tag fell off. I just ordered a replacement. My previous orders from you have been very satisfactory so I hope to continue working with you.”
