“We were trying to print our taxes when the printer decided not to print and told us we needed new toner. It definitely would not print. We therefore had to go buy toner at a price of $80 after having spent money with you for toner and drum. I am very disappointed. I believe you owe us a new toner cartridge. Donna McDole”
“Normally have pretty good luck with the products but the last order of 2 toner cartridges only one seems to be ok the other makes black streaks all over the paper-would like it refunded”
“The magenta and cyan run. When a color document comes out, there are blue and red smears/lines that shouldn't be there. I have had my printer cleaned, and they still run. Trying to save some money on imitation ink quality might not have been a good idea.”

“I am very dissatisfied with the TN880, I bought 3 . . . the first one I opened spilled toner on my desk which I had papers on there and it made a mess. I decided to open another one thinking maybe is was just that one that was going to make a mess, unfortunately the same thing happened with the second one. I will return to get a refund, don't like messes.”
