“Been attempting to get the correct drum for my Brother printer. First I ordered the incorrect drum per the person on the phone. She was very nice and helped order the "correct" drum.
When they arrived, they did not work and I kept getting error messages. I called and got a person who could not help, and was passed to a second person who tried to help,,,, sent instructions, etc. Did not work. I am returning for a full refund”
“I have only installed the Blk cartridge at this point and it is working. The issue I see is that if you are printing on production or photo paper the ink is not consistent and even smears. Every day printing on copy paper is fine. I may try different photo paper and see if it performs better. Great price and I am willing to experiment with different production paper.”
