“I have received a defective item. I sent the email attached the photos of defect cartridge, and I have received return request confirmation email from Maria(Customer service representative)
When I called them to check the status of the return, Maria told me that she didn't receive email from me. So I sent that confirmation mail from Maria, but she denied. I tried to explain that you sent me confirmation email for return, she was yelling me. She said "Go to hell" then hung up the phone. Few minute later, I received the email said "We have found the pictures you sent, we apologize for the confusion. We have processed your refund, and a return label for the color cartridges to be sent back."
After she hung up the phone, I tried to contact her manager, they did not answer. Finally, I spoke to Maria again, I asked her to transfer to your manager, but she repeatedly said "you are", and other employees are laughing over the phone. InkTonerStore.com provides the worst customer service. Once you buy anything from InkTonerStore.com, you will experience terrible product and customer service.

“I have only installed two of the cartridges so far. The Yellow installed and works good. The Magenta cartridge leaves streaks on the paper. I replaced the old cartridge and the streaks went away. Put the new magenta cartridge in and streaks came back.”
“Toner cartridge didn’t work. I haven’t heard back from support regarding issue. They sent me this survey in the meantime. Hopefully hey review this and take action to resolve gave them a 3 in hopes that it does get resolved”
