“When the toner arrived the wrapper that contained the cartridge had toner that had leaked throughout and when the cartridge was installed only half of a sheet showed images/ text.”
“The website was confusing and I ordered the wrong cartridge, was waiting almost two weeks for the replacement. Finally was charged $20 for shipping instead of $5 for return.”
“The blue toner is all over the inside of the wrapping and the cartridges are not color coded so I have no idea what each color is.
I am considering returning.
