“The drum unit did not work properly. It colored the entire page with a gray hue. I called the team members at Ink Toners and submitted photos of the drum and a print out as proof. They quickly refunded my money promptly.”
“I ordered the cartridges on December 9, 2017. I received an emailed confirming it has shipped on the Dec. 15th to my address in San Marcos, Ca. This item is coming from the City of Industry, which is essentially local shipping. Today it December 19th and I am still waiting for the product to arrive. I have no idea how the cartridges will work, if they work. Mostly likely will not reorder from Inktoner.”

“The ink jet cartridges leaked all over when I attempted to install them. Also I have yet to be able to get the toner cartridge for my laser jet to print anything. I put the old cartridge back in and it works then replaced with the new one and no printing!!!”
