“I have only installed the Blk cartridge at this point and it is working. The issue I see is that if you are printing on production or photo paper the ink is not consistent and even smears. Every day printing on copy paper is fine. I may try different photo paper and see if it performs better. Great price and I am willing to experiment with different production paper.”
“I need to return it. The blue doesn't not work and my whole paper is yellow and red. not just writing!!! Now I have to figure out how to return it. Call the number provided and its a million advertisements”

Comparing the 2 new cartridges, I noticed that one of the Black cartridges
was different ... it did not have the top piece that appears to cover the toner refill.”
