“My HPOffice Jet Pro 8025 would not print with your cartridges installed. I had to order the HP 910 ink from Staples to get the printer to work. What should I do with your product???”
“The cartridges worked well for a few weeks then the printer's message was to reinsert the cartridges. I did that many times, but that still didn't allow the printer to print. I kept getting the same message. I then replaced those cartridges with new ones and that solved the problem.”
