“Speed in delivery was awesome. However INKTONERSTORE failed to ship one of the Black ink cartridges for my wife's all-in-one printer. Contacted customer service and I received the missing cartridge the next day, Again awesome. Put in the second black cartridge, ran a new ink level report and the machine indicated the first black cartridge was low on ink. ??? I only printed one (1) Windows Printer Test Page and, now I'm low on ink?????”
“Toner is not working in printer. printer has always taken noncanon cartridges fine but now printer says noncanon cartridges will invalidate warrantee and cannot work with canon copy counter so you will not know how many copies remain. furthermore i have to reinsert same toner cartridges and open door every so often since it says there are no more copies left. Please refund all my money and give me cartridges that work if you have them. thank you but i am deeply dissatisfied. Mary Beth Hamilton”
“We ordered 5 cartridges for our Brother printer. The first one printed black smudges on both sides of the copies for almost the entire life of the cartridge. The second one only lasted one day. The third one prints the black smudges again like the first. We will not be ordering from this company again. It was a trial as we are trying to find a new company to buy ink for our office.”

“I printed 18 pages and my printer indicated I was out of ink in both the yellow and black that I had just installed. I called and went through the routine, turning the printer on an off, again and wait 10 minutes, unplug blah blah blah, no results. I sent all 4 back and I'm still waiting fro MY REFUND!”
