“We have been a customer for a long time and have never had a problem till lately. Our last two shipments we had problems. I called customer service, a Maria and asked questions because they were confused about the return. She kept telling me it was my fault basically in a condensending tone and started arguing with me when I was simply asking questions to try to understand. She did not want to answer any simple questions or help me. They ended up charging me for skmething that was their fault. I am very disappointed with her rude behavior and our company will be taking our business elsewhere.”
“One of my past orders, the ink for some reason was not working with the printer, even though it was the correct one. It just kept saying it couldn't read the ink. So, we shipped it back, they sent a new one and that worked fine with no problems.
This time we received someone else's order, so that kept a delay on ours even more. We needed the product ASAP due to our business needing to make copies and send/receive faxes.
On the bright side it was easy to get a hold of someone, they advised me that the other person was sending it back to me and we can just send their order back to them with no charge.
It has however, been almost a week since the incident and we still have not received our package. We are just waiting patiently....... :)”
