“The product for my Xerox Phaser made smudges over EVERYTHING; the printer would constantly read an error that the cartridge was out when it wasn't, so I would have to take it out and put it back in every 6-7 times printing something; and it only "lasted" a month and a half, when the Xerox brand lasts for months.”

“The knock-off Dell 1130 cartridges do not last as long as actual Dell cartridges; HOWEVER, they are about 1/4 of the price and work fine so good for our small office use. We have also tried the knock-off Canon 128 cartridges. Much better priced so after having trouble the first time I purchased them, I recently reordered to give them another shot. They seem to work fine at first but will not print on labels for some reason. The label comes out with ink that is not set; it just wipes off. So if you need to print labels, stay away from the compatible cartridges for the Canon 128.”
“Horrible product. We are actually processing the return. The printing quality is very poor...the colors look awkward and not homogenous. The quality of the cartridge is also very poor. On cartridge had a broken handle and other had no handle at all making very difficult to put it in and out of the printer.
So we don't recommend this product”
“The first order of 5 83x toner cartridges had a problem of toner bleed on the right margin in 4 or the 5 cartridges. The one loose cartridge in the top of the box was fine. The other four that were packed tightly in the book all produced the defect. I suspect the shipment was dropped and the shock damaged the right end gap in the roll wiper.”
“I thought it was going to be the BEST experience, but hasn't turned out that way so far. When I received my first order, one of the cartridge would not work (leaking). I contacted Customer Service. They asked for info and photos--all provided within 15 minutes after request. Acknowledged receipt and told me that I would be receiving a new cartridge overnight. That was 11/10 and as of today, 11/13, I still don't have a replacement cartridge and my emails sent to the customer service rep have gone unanswered. Disappointed to say the least...”
