“Toner didn't print the right color. The original color was 'green' but, the printed copy came out 'pink'! Product was shipped fast but, I had a project coming up in 2 weeks that I needed several copies for, and I ended up having to pay someone to print them for me. I am using a high powered network printer and prior to using the refurbished toner from the Ink Toner Store, I had no problem. I kept trying to work with the 'new' cartridges by printing several copies, thinking the color would lineup with the original color but, it never happened. I can't use these cartridges so, I'd really like a refund if possible.”
“The Toner are good, but i am upset, because I ordered them at Saturday and on Monday I got a mail with a 15% discount for each Order which will be made because of school beginning. Ordered two days to early? Would like to fet the discount above all it ist not my first order.”
