“There is no track guide to make sure that the unit aligns with the track of the printer. I put mine in and needed a repair person to come out to fix it. Just because it is cheaper doesn't mean its better. beware.”
“The toner I purchased did not compatible with the printer. Printer could not recognize it. I will contact your customer service for returning the toner.”
