“my latest toner would not allow 1 page to be printed. my Brothers hl-l23800dw gives command to replace toner. I will order a new toner but will i get a credit the latest should my printer function properly??”
“There is no track guide to make sure that the unit aligns with the track of the printer. I put mine in and needed a repair person to come out to fix it. Just because it is cheaper doesn't mean its better. beware.”
“The toner I purchased did not compatible with the printer. Printer could not recognize it. I will contact your customer service for returning the toner.”
