wow I don't know were to start with the lack of service! I called left 3 messages to order toner no return call, finally got Stephanie who was less than customer friendly placed my order and had to pay for over night shipping because it took so long to reach someone for help. I asked to split the shipping cost no way asked for a manager to call back never got a call back. when I called back in after tax season got a Maria who claims she is the owner, was nothing than nasty, I will do nothing for you and hung up!
