“The drum unit was defective. I have tried calling the company on numerous occasions but have had no response. I have written to them, but to date have had no response. This experience differed from my previous one, but I will not continue dealing with them. Most disappointing!”
“Put the toner in my printer and it just printed black pages. Put in a xerox toner and it worked fine. Returned the toner. On a plus note, they were very easy to work with in terms of returning the toner.”
“Ink cartridges black 220xl and 3 color 220xl are not working in my epso printer this time. I have inserted them over 5 times and now barely get the black to print. I don't think your epson ink cartridges are as compatable as they use to be. I spent $40+ on cartridges thar are useless to me. I am hoping you will let me return them for a refund.”
