“I ordered a cartridge in early Decenber, received the wrong cartridge -- may have been my mistake. I followed instructions on how to return, which requires calling the phone number given to get instructions on how to return/exchange a cartridge. I have made several calls -- 3-4 -- pgiving my name , order number and and leaving my phone number requesting a return call for instructions on how to retutrn/exchange. No customer service person has ever contacted me. I will not recommend and I will not order from InkToner Store agian. Poor service response.”

“Have had very good luck in the past. the order before this I did have some issues. Two or three of the cartridges did not work. I am going to give it another try with these 5 and see. Hopefully the last order was a fluke, becasue they have been easy to deal with and the price is very good. (if they all work)”
“I have had good luck with these cartridges in the past, but the last one prints unevenly and sometimes leaves a greyish streak about 1 inch high. One that I had stored for a year was unuseable. Removing, shaking vigorously helps temporarily.”
“I have been purchasing replacement cartridges from Ink Toner Store for several years. The price point is fantastic. The cartridges however have been hit and miss. Sometimes I get really great ones with no problems at all. Other times I have had ones with very poor print quality. On those occasions, I tried cleaning our printer and other resets, but the problem persisted. So I can only surmise that the cartridges in those instances were bad.”
