Ordered it in HP box and got the correct one

“All the cartridges that I just bought were at most only half full with some being less than half. Several leaked multiple drops of ink out when I removed the cap to install them in the printer. Made a big mess. No reply from customer service when I wrote to them.”
“Returned unopened. Unsatisfactory. It was not from the United States. The package has been returned to a warehouse in Pennsylvania because it was unusable, and it was not manufactured in the United States. It unacceptable, and the local post office verified that the return is complete.”
