“The cartridges worked well for a few weeks then the printer's message was to reinsert the cartridges. I did that many times, but that still didn't allow the printer to print. I kept getting the same message. I then replaced those cartridges with new ones and that solved the problem.”

“I ordered a drum unit when my printer broke down but it turned out this wasn't enough to fix it. I asked to return the completely unused product but they refused to give me a refund and tried to make me jump through hoops to "prove" I wasn't lying about the reason I was returning it. Who does that?? Stick to Amazon guys.”
“I knew I was taking a chance with remanufactured ink cartridges given that HP says performance may be unsatisfactory unless original HP products are used. I gambled and lost, so that's on me! If you have an HP printer use original HP ink cartridges!”
