“Since the first cartridge worked so well I ordered a second one. The printer could not read the sensor in the cartridge and it did not work. A third cartridge was sent and it had the same problem. Asked for a refund. It seemed like the cartridges with the orange drum cover were defective. The cartridges with the moving drum cover were properly manufactured. The customer service was good and the shipping was fast. The cartridges need to be checked in a printer before shipment.”

Be leery of local printer service companies. They exist only to siphon money from your business, regardless of the “service” they provide.
