“For some reason, this is the second request for a review. The first one I wrote was very positive regarding both the product and the price. This being the second review, I have no reason for the same positive response. The only suggestion I offered is also repeated here: Please consider a simple installation sheet for those of us who consider themselves "non-techies." More to the point: Our cartridge came with a rather heavy duty plastic cover which initially baffled me, as there was no explanation that it needed to come off. It looked like a permanent part of the cartridge. It took a while, but I finally figured it out. As stated above, a simple set of instructions.....”
