“Received my toner and I first installed the yellow cartridge and it still showed that it was empty, called the toner store and explained what was happening, they immediately shipped me a new yellow cartridge and it worked just fine, installed the other two colors with no problem. So far all works fine and at more than half the cost of the Brothers brand. Have not tried the black cartridges yet.”
