“The product performs well once you reset the toner drum message that it needed a new drum. Knowing that our printer was only a few months old, I knew it wasn't time to put in a new drum. Other than that it does a great job compared to another supplier whose product spit and sputtered almost from the start. This order was to replace the other supplier's product and we are very happy with our decision.”
