“The reason I say poor was I made an inquiry about this small valve and the customer rep told me something is wrong with the postal tracking number and I had already been waiting for the part for at least 10 days. He told me there wasn’t anything he could do and that I would have to wait an additional 20 days in order to cancel and get a refund. What I don’t understand is why I can order entire car roofs and floor pans and receive them in a few days and give me a status and I order a little brake valve I can’t receive any updates even with a tracking number. I feel if you want to provide better customer service and keep customers I think I should have been told Sir since I cannot give you an update on your part I am going to cancel that order and send you another and possibly expedite shipment especially since it’s a small part.
