“The brake booster received had a master cylinder stud bent. Also the nut supplied was not the correct thread. I had to bend the stud straight. I threaded the nut on and it messed up the threads so I had to tap the stud. What a mess.”
“My first booster arrive with the box visibility damaged, I took pictures and the booster was broken. I contacted customer service and sent the pictures of the damage. They were super helpful and sent a replacement booster right out. It is a very nice product and a perfect fit. Very satisfied with the product and especially the company.”

“First salesman sold me wrong Master cylinder , next salesman told me send it back or he could sale me a power vac, that go with the master cylinder I bought . So I just bought the power vac.to match the brake master cylinder. They both very nice to work with not everyone is perfect ..”

“Booster has a 1/2" long gouge through the plating on the top front area of its face. Apparently from shipping, the packaging was insufficient to protect the most visible portion of the body. To update the appearance was the only reason I replaced the original booster in the first place, as it has performed flawlessly for 40 years. It took longer than expected to process the order, and with no email response, I had to call back again to actually complete it. I sure hope it works properly when the system is finished.”
