“I would rate my experience (now for the 2nd time) as poor. The box came opened up and one of the spindles was pretty beat up and scratched on the end. The threads seemed to be fine, so I didn't dispute it or file a claim. I am hoping nothing fell out of the package, but I won't know until I put the conversion kit on my car. I am not looking for a refund, but you asked me for my review and there it is. I can't say I am going to order again from you guys. I actually work for a packaging and shipping supplies company. It is kind of pathetic that you throw $700 worth of brakes and small parts in a box with no polyfoam, bubble wrap or any barrier to protect the high dollar parts besides a 32 ect box and some staples along the seam. Packaging could improve.”
“Ordered from above Vendor & opted for Premium Shipping Protection for a nominal fee. Received order & package was not damaged & order complete upon inspection with no damages. It’s recommended for the option to avoid the hassle of submitting a claim without Shipping Protection. Just need to install the above parts for final approval of ordering the correct part. Thanks!”
