“Ordered 2 line for an 86 s-10. Both lines were wrong. Contacted customer service and was told numerous times that they were correct. I sent photos of my old ones that actually had “inline tube”tags on them. I was then told that a set of replacements would be sent out. When i received the replacements they were closer but still not correct. I had to model 1 line and the other was not usable since it was a smaller diameter. I was given a tag to send the first set of wrong lines back, which I did along with the replacement line that I couldn’t use and my originals so that they could be used as a template for the future. I ended up making my own line and requested a refund for the one I couldn’t use. I was told that no refund would be made since it was made to order. I will be very reluctant to use purchase a phone from you again. Thank you.”
Customer originally ordered and was sent fuel lines for an 82-88 fuel injected S10. After sending in pictures of the lines on his vehicle it was determined that they were not original factory lines and matched lines for a carbureted vehicle but had possibly been modified to work with fuel injection. The replacement lines we sent the second time, at no cost to him, were the lines that were for a carbureted 82-88 S10. Unfortunately, the lines he originally ordered were made to order and are not able to be refunded or returned. We sent a label at no cost to him for the return of the initial order as we had provided him replacements to match the carbureted lines on his S10. He chose to send all other lines back without prompting, including one that was sent at no cost to him.
