“WHEN RECEIVING, 2 OUT OF THE 3 LINES WERE NOT CORRECT. I CALLED AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN, AND WAS TOLD WITH THE INFORMATION I GAVE HIM, HE SAID IT WAS CORRECT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT. I OFFERED HIM A GM NUMBER AND HE WAS PERSISTENT THAT IT WOULD NOT WORK. I ORDERED THE LINES FROM GM AND THEY DID WORK. WITH ALL BEING SAID, THE TRAINEE ENDED UP COSTING MORE THAN IT SHOULD HAVE FOR MY CUSTOMER...”
