I apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced due to the carrier's delivery timeframe. Any order that is placed with us is shipped within one to two business days. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the carrier's system processes the timeframe of the delivery after it leaves our warehouse. I do show that the order was delivered on the 7th of December. Again, I do apologize for any unexpected delays that prevented the shipment from arriving.
