“The line didn’t fit, someone sent out a line for a cj7 not a cj8 like I needed., tried to swap it for the right one just to have them tell me that they sent the right line. I sent several pictures showing that they were incorrect but refused to accept their mistake. The customer service at inline tube is a complete joke. I will be going on my jeep cj restoration groups and I will be going out of my way to persuade people to use classic tube instead and to not waste their time with inline tube. Funny I left my number to have the owner contact me about what’s going on but I’m sure it was never passed on because it would show thier mistakes and didn’t want to be held accountable. It’s pretty bad when I had to file a dispute with PayPal. All I wanted was the correct part that I know they offer and I ordered in the first place.”
