“In my 50 years in the automotive business been so disgusted with this company the part was a failure and if you have ever had to change a proportionate valve on a a body car it is absolutely no fun. Anthony the tech I talked was a great person he kept me from losing my temper but the rest of my experience is nothing more than pure misery. Now I’m waiting for a second valve hoping it will work.This car was supposed to be in judging two weeks but because of a bad part and two weeks later it is not . No one has reached out and made it right I cannot and will not recommend your company to anyone.Told me you didn’t have the part and then I called to say I send the part back and all of a sudden you had the replacement part now would you trust this company. I don’t think so”
“Sent wrong valve two times. Sales guy said we needed the bleeder tool. turns out we did not need the tool whatsoever. Quality of the tool was fine but not for our application. Look into training opportunity for staff in sales on general product knowledge.”
