“Have ordered products in the past with great success. This purchase got low marks for the inaccurate application description (should state for 4 door model), lack of competent associates (was told a 2 door kit was available when one wasn't) and that the tech support was all handled via e-mail dragging out the whole project completion and return processes. I am very disapointed but will continue to recommend the company with the stipend that orders be made over the phone.”
I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory. We try our hardest to help ever customer to the best of our ability. My apologies that we fell short on this order for you. We handle tech support though email to facilitate sending pictures which is necessary for understanding tech problems hundreds of miles from the vehicles having the issue.
