“Observed and removed some foreign material in 2 of the lines. Stainless steel shavings. Had tried multiple times to get a solid seal on one of lines that connects from master cylinder front port to proportional valve. Had it on and off ensuring flare was centered in the wear ring area of the valve. Tightened it as much as possible but fluid still oozed out of the thread area. On that note, I observed the double flare on this new line vice old line and noticed the flare on the new line was not as opened or acceptable to meet the proportional valve seating area. I ended up reusing my old line and requested instructions on how to obtain/exchange for another. I did receive an email to potentially solve this issue but if the fitting is seated and tightened as much as possible, the flare is the issue. Regards, Steve”
