“Not the best on-line phone help. Descriptions to order from need better details. Ordered this kit, found out AFTER it arrived my truck required the 13 pc kit. Simple change on the web site would correct this. Called their customer service line, waste of my 10 minutes. On-line help said I ordered the wrong kit, so I tried to get the extra lines I needed to the kit I already bought. You would think it would be no problem? Sales guy needed me to tell him what ends to put on and how long a length of line I had to measure up. He had no care or concern for helping a customer who had just made a purchase. Other than they have all the special ends you might need, be ready to do ALL of the work for them, like your working on a custom.”
“This is the second purchase that I’ve made at Inline Tube. The first purchase was a complete stainless steel brake line set for an old Chevrolet truck that I still have, made a couple of years ago. But this last one was during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both times turned out to be equally easy. The fitment and finish of both sets were amazing. I would highly recommend Inline Tube for any brake line or fuel line replacements or classic car restorations. The routing of the lines was extremely well thought out and included shortcuts to make installation easier.”
“I’m a little surprised that they didn’t fit better, I’ had the most trouble with the (2) lines coming from the abs to the master cylinder. Which are the easiest to get to on this vehicle but was really poor fit. I’ve ordered quite few line sets for different vehicles and never had any problems before, like this.”
