“All lines were bent perfectly for my install. Only minor tweaking required to line up correctly which is to be expected. Only issue was the main intermediate line leaked immediately while vacuuming the new system. Upon removal, I found the flare had a raised burr when it had been formed which caused the fitting to align crooked with the flare causing a leak. I attempted to dress up the burr but the flare was already set crooked. I had to order a replacement. The sale team wouldn’t offer a replacement. I assume this is because of possible installation errors by the customer. Not thrilled with this decision.”
